tappoica

Boil Tappoica and drain water two times..Add some salt.
Put aside the drained Tappoica 

Heat a pan
Add coconut oil
Add mustard, urid dall, Curry leaves, Dreid Chilli and sauté,

add the Cooked Tappoica and then sprinkle some shredded coconut over it and mix ..
