Fish, Mango Curry...

Today cooked Fish Curry.

Ingrediance.

Fish-5
Mangoes-2
Big Onion-2
Small Onion-6
Uluva- Asafota-2 teaspoon
Coconut- 1 cup
Chilli Powder-7 table spoon
Corriander Powder- 5 table spoon
Turmeric Powder-1 tea spoon
Tamarind Paste- t table spoon (As there is mango, we need less tamarind) 
Salt
Curry leaves

Peel the skin and cut the Fish and wash it

In a grinder add coconut and the spice powders, small onion and grind well

Pour the mixture in a pan and boil it
When it began to boil, add the Fish, Mangoes and Big Onion 

Add Asafota and salt as need

When Cooked, Put off the Fire

Finally Put some Curry leaves and Pour some Coconut Oil

Muringa ila
Carrot
small onion
Coconut
Chilly Powder
Garlic
kaduku
salt 

Wash the leaves tharogly in salt water and turmeric


Heat oil 
Splutter Kaduku
Add small onions 
Saute
Add the leaves

Add the grated coconut, chilly powder and cook

Add shredded Carrots and Cook a little more  

Mushroom and brocolli
