Muringayila, Carrot Thoran

Muringa ila
Carrot
small onion
Coconut
Chilly Powder
Garlic
kaduku
salt 

Wash the leaves tharogly in salt water and turmeric


Heat oil 
Splutter Kaduku
Add small onions 
Saute
Add the leaves

Add the grated coconut, chilly powder and cook

Add shredded Carrots and Cook a little more
