Unniyappam,

1.
1. Boil Jaggery
2. Mix wheat Flour and Rice Flour and put aside
3. 2or 3 bananas

Add Flour in Jaggery Water and mix well
Pour the mix in a grinder with banana and grind well

Keep this mix for 5 to 8 hours

Add some Cardamom Powder
Fry some coconut chips in Ghee and put aside

Heat the Unniyappam Bowl
Pour Coconut Oil and Ghee

When steam appears

Pour the mix in each hole unto 3/4 
when one side is done , turn it to other side(or put in another frying pan and fry well)

When it is golden brown 
Take it out
